Terms of Service

The service

Serpwisp gives you a private, hosted SEO workspace on your own subdomain. We set it up, keep it updated, and back it up. The tools inside — keyword research, rank tracking, site audits, and backlinks — are powered by DataForSEO, which you pay for directly through your own account.

Billing

We charge NZ$20 per month, GST included. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. Charges are non-refundable — including for unused time if you cancel mid-period.

DataForSEO is billed separately by DataForSEO. We have no visibility into or control over those charges.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Your workspace stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that it is removed.

Acceptable use

You must not use Serpwisp for anything unlawful. We may suspend or remove access without notice if these terms are breached.

Availability

We aim to keep Serpwisp running reliably but do not guarantee any specific uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be done with reasonable notice where possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
